3. Data Sources and Accuracy

Nokku.ai aggregates data from publicly available sources including:

• Public job board APIs (RemoteOK, Arbeitnow, JSearch, etc.)
• Publicly accessible job posting data
• Aggregated market trend data

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data displayed. Job postings, trends, and insights are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

6. AI-Powered Courses and Certificates

6.1 Course Content

Course content on Nokku.ai is generated using AI technology and may be created by Nokku.ai or by users of the platform. Course content is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or currency of course materials
• That course content meets any specific educational standards or requirements
• That course content is suitable for any particular purpose or audience
• That course content is free from errors or omissions

6.2 Certificate Issuance

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including:

• Completion of all course chapters
• Passing all chapter quizzes
• Passing the final course quiz

Certificates are digital documents that can be verified online using QR codes or verification codes. Certificates are non-transferable and tied to the original recipient.

6.3 Certificate Disclaimers and Limitations

Nokku.ai is not liable for decisions made based on certificate holders' skills, knowledge, or the use of certificates in any context. Certificate holders are responsible for accurately representing their credentials and understanding the limitations of certificates.

6.4 User-Created Courses

Users may create and publish their own courses using Nokku.ai's course creation tools. User-created courses are the responsibility of the course creator. Nokku.ai does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-created course content. Course creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability or uninterrupted access to the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayanAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Specifically, we shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made based on course content, certificates, or AI-generated insights
• Employment or career outcomes related to course completion or certificate issuance
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in course content or AI-generated materials
• Loss of access to courses, certificates, or account data

• Any consequences arising from reliance on certificates as professional credentials

You acknowledge that you use courses, certificates, and the Service at your own risk and that certificates do not guarantee any outcomes or represent professional qualifications.
